  1. How do I schedule an appointment?

  2. How quickly can I get an evaluation appointment?

    • Evaluations are generally scheduled​ 1-2 weeks from the initial intake session. Although several factors impact the timelines for completing an evaluation, we strive to conduct a thorough evaluation in a timely manner.

  3. Do you accept insurance?​

    • We are ​a fee for service/private pay practice, but will provide a detailed invoice for the purposes of insurance reimbursement.

  4. What are your general service costs?​

    • Please feel free to contact us via phone to discuss se​rvice costs, as the type and complexity of the evaluation impacts the total cost of the service.

  5. What does your evaluation process look like?​

    • Every evaluation includes; an initial intake session, assessment appointments and a feedback session​, once the evaluation results are ready for review.

  6. What should I bring to my first appointment?​

    • Please ​bring with you (or email in advance) any copies of medical, mental health, and/or educational records that you would like us to review as part of an evaluation or consultation session.

  7. How long does an evaluation session take?​

    • Testing sessions can take as little as 2 hours or as long as 3 hours in one visit to complete required assessments. With that in mind, additional session appointments may be required.

  8. What are your target age ranges?​

    • We serve school-aged children ages 6-21 and adults of all ages seeking assessment for testing, college or workplace ​accommodations.
